Breath Meditation

The breath is our gateway into life.
It accompanies our every moment.
We can use it to anchors ourselves in the present moment.
The breath can help us to ride the waves of our emotion.
We can use our breath to explore what we hold in our bodies and let it all go as we exhale.
We can journey through time and dimensions on our breath.

It is our breath that connects us to this world and everything in the world.
Our breath connects us to the past, present and future.

And yet we take it for granted.

This meditation is designed to make the some of the lesson of the breath conscious, if only for a moment.
